Dinosaurs On The Ark?
Published: May 29, 2006If the dinosaurs were genetic tinkering by Satan and an abomination, why did Noah take them into the ark? I heard a christian creationist on his T.V. show say that Noah took baby dinosaurs along with their unhatched eggs on board the Ark. What do you think about this? I love this web site.
Nails In The Lord’s Hands Or Wrists?
Published: May 29, 2006Whilst I firmly believe that Jesus was crucified and ‘rose again’, most literature I’ve read about the actual crucifixion process has the nails driven through the wrists. This was to ensure that the arms were held securely and thus prolong the person’s agony.
However in the Gospels, Thomas places his fingers through the ‘holes in Jesus’s hands’. Thus indicating that Jesus was crucified through the palms of his hands. Plus every image I’ve seen depicting the crucifixion has the nails through the palms.
I’ve been ‘curious’ about this for sometime, and whilst it has no ‘real relevance’ to what Jesus did, I’ve often wondered about it. So I was wondering what your view on this is.
A Question On The Da Vinci Code
Published: May 28, 2006Could you please explain your thoughts on why the painting of the Last Supper by Da Vinci creates so much speculation? It isn’t as if he was there when the last supper occurred and yet the way people react to it, makes me think that it was inspired by Satan to get mankind to doubt the Gospel. Everything I see lately, some so called expert is always reading so much into that painting.
Anything light you could shed on this Da Vinci madness would be greatly appreciated. Please keep up your awesome insights on things I never really understood before.
OSAS Testimony
Published: May 19, 2006Your answer to the sister about her deceased brother being safe in his salvation, although married to an unbeliever (muslim) was right on. I did the same, and it took more than 10 years for me to hear the Good Shepherd call my name. It has taken a year to restore all my previously held knowledge,to repent and to walk in faith, but now I see many times of God’s grace, when He could have just let me go. I feel I’m living proof of OSAS-once saved always saved.
Feedback On “Relationship Problems”
Published: May 18, 2006I am very surprised at your reply to “Relationship Problems” in Ask a Bible Teacher. As I understand the letter, this woman is not only in an unequally yoked relationship but she is living a sinful lifestyle by living with this man outside of marriage.
Gal 5:19-21 says that those who practice fornication, which is sex outside of marriage, will not inherit the kingdom of God. How does this woman’s situation differ from that of a homosexual couple who “in their hearts are married”? They are both sin, and willfully continuing in that sin will keep them from the kingdom of God as I understand the scripture.
While I agree with your counsel for her to live separately and remain chaste, I think you mislead her (and your audience) when you said that the Lord sees unmarried couples as married as long as their motives are right.
Also I don’t believe Rom 8:28 applies to this situation because of the last phrase, “…according to His purpose.” I don’t believe this woman is currently living according to God’s purpose or perfect plan for her life.
I really enjoy your site and have recommended it to others. I trust that you will receive my feedback as just that, feedback and not criticism. I encourage you to prayerfully reconsider your answer to this woman.
A Question About Suicide
Published: May 15, 2006I came to know your website through “Rapture Ready”, and it has added so much to my life.
I have a question, which I hope will make sense. My sister and I have had several conversations on something she said a Sunday School Teacher told her when she was in grade school. She said the SC teacher told her that the end times would not occur until every one was “one color”. I told her I have read most all end times prophecies, and I had never read any such thing. She also told me that “suicide” was the one unforgivable sin, again which I told her I had not read that in scripture. I discount both of these things she has heard from her SC teachers.
Can you help on these two issues. I sent her a copy of your question/answer questions regarding the suicide of a young man by hanging, and your response, that if he repented, even though no one heard him, he was saved, with the reference with the thief who was crucified on the cross next to Our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Is The Anti Christ Moslem?
Published: May 13, 2006Thank you so much for offering this forum for us all to explore our questions with more depth! It has been a blessing.
I am wondering where the belief that the Antichrist arises from a Roman background originated and also what is the biblical basis for the possibility of him being moslem? Thanks.

Can Nephilim Be Saved?
Published: May 10, 2006I’m loving the new column “Ask a Bible Teacher.” From the response you’re receiving I think I’m not alone.
My question regards the Nephilim. Are these “hybrids” without a soul and therefore condemned from birth? Since they are partially human genetically, is there an opportunity for salvation for them or their ancestry, for instance Goliath (obviously he was not a believer but someone like him)?
