False Peace
Published: July 26, 2006I agree with one of your recent writings about a “period of peace” coming after this current war, and probably, before Ezk. 38-39. When questioned by his disciples about His return, Jesus said, “it will come at an hour when ye think not” as translated in some bibles. When our wallets and bank accounts are full, when we perceive that the world is doing just fine, with no threats, and we go about our day to day living – do you feel in your spirit that this “false period” of peace as foretold just prior to Ezk. 38-39 could be precisely what Jesus was referring to?
Thanks for being there for those of us who are thirsty and hungry!
What About Lebanon?
Published: July 24, 2006I thought I’d do a search on Lebanon in the Bible. Aside from the many verses that speak of the beauty, trees, and smell of Lebanon, etc., there are about 10 that seem to portend trouble for the little country. We would enjoy whatever commentary you wish to make.
How Many Christians Are There?
Published: July 24, 2006I have a question relating to the reported size of the New Kingdom or new earth that the Church will inhabit. You stated that it will be 1400 miles tall and wide. The way I see it is that it is not very big. Perhaps close to 1/8 the size of the earth? But from other descriptions there is also supposed to be plenty of room for everyone.
I guess what I am getting at is that it seems to me that this all appears to look like there won’t be all that many people that make it there. Are there really that few born again Christians in the world?
Also, where does this measure come from? I ask this question only because when I tell people this they question where this is found in the Bible. You and your website have been such a blessing-solid-honest- everything I have looked for to go along with my own studies. Thank you and may God Bless You for your efforts.
The Beginning Of The End?
Published: July 24, 2006I have learned a lot from your website and have another question for you.
With all of the events happening in Israel right now, do you think this is the ‘beginning of the end’ and that we should be following it closely? I have heard people say that it will set off the end time course of events. What is your take on this? Will all of this blow over or is this something that is quite serious with end time prophecy?
Thanks for your time and all you do!
The Destruction Of Damascus
Published: July 24, 2006Hal Lindsey wrote an article where he confirms your earlier prediction about the destruction of Damascus happening prior to the Rapture.
My question is, if Damascus is destroyed by Israel, how can the Ezekiel 38 come to pass, as Israel is described as a city without walls, etc? Does this have to do with the anti-Christ’s peace accord? Somehow Israel must think that nobody will bother them. At the present time, Russia, Iran, and Syria have made a pact. How could Israel not see Ezekiel 38 coming a mile away?
Daniel’s 70 Weeks
Published: July 22, 2006Why are the first 69 of Daniel’s 70 weeks split into two parts of 7 and 62, respectively? Is there any significance with regard to that split? In other words, why isn’t it just mentioned as 69 weeks? I can’t help thinking there may be some significance, particularly with the number 7.
Order Of 2nd Coming Events
Published: July 21, 2006I was wondering if you would “paint me a picture” of the order of events that transpire as and after the army, the Church, and the Tribulation Saints descend from heaven with Christ.
Is Amos 1:3-8 A Future Prophecy?
Published: July 19, 2006Re: Amos 1:3-8. I have been trying to study end times prophecies in light of what is happening in the Middle East. I came across this scripture and was wondering if you have an article on this. Thank you for any insight on these scriptures.
The Holy Spirit In Tribulation Times
Published: July 19, 2006Thank you, so much for answering questions, this website has actually been my only source to God’s Word for a long time now (other than my Bible). I have so many questions floating around in my head and I will try to find the answers in your articles. The one that doesn’t seem to be answered by any of your articles, however, is one of the restraints on Satan’s Power. If Satan is restrained by the Holy Spirit, and that the only way he can completely have dominion over the earth is for that restraint to go, then are the believers after the Rapture not sealed with the Holy Spirit? It seems odd that the post-rapture believers, whose number will be more than any in the history of man, will not have the same or greater affect than the current believers who must be Raptured for Satan to come into the world. Is there any scripture supporting or denying anything about this or do we just not know? Keep up the good work, and may God bless you in every endeavor.
Are Moslems Descendants Of Ishmael?
Published: July 19, 2006I have a question regarding Ishmael and Issac. Are the moslems descendants of Ishmael? And for what reason do they hate the descendants of Issac? I was talking to my father about it but I did not know the reason they hate the descendants of Issac except for the fact the devil hates them.
