There is a group of three or four in my small rural church that has started an “accountability group”. They sit around and tell each other their darkest secret sins. I asked them, “didn’t you already ask God for forgiveness and repent?” And they replied that “we must hold each other accountable.” I don’t get it…If the sins were confessed and forgiven, what’s the point of reliving them? Am I missing something?

In reading your study today on “Hercules and Nephilim” brought to mind a question I have previously had – namely – How did the “seed” for nephilim get on this side of the flood?

I have a silly Bible question that I hope you can answer. Will we be able to “fly” in Heaven? I always thought we would be able to, but then I realized I didn’t know why I thought this was true. I guess I just wanted it to be true.

One of the things that is scaring me badly is a book that (a well known Bible teacher) has written and of course wants me to buy. The promo he wrote about our economy’s inflation refers to Revelation 6 and the onset of the Tribulation. He almost makes it sound like that’s where we are now or at the onset of the Tribulation! Is our economy this bad off? Is the U.S. headed any day now for a monetary crisis?

It seems like if I don’t purchase this book then I won’t know what to do to take care myself and my family in case this happens. I know I’m suppose to trust the Lord for all my needs but this kind of literature scares me half to death! Please could you let me know whether or not the U.S. is headed for a economic disaster any day now?

My question is, can children partake of communion? Do you have scripture that backs an answer to this question?

I’ve been wondering why we always say Peter was the first one to recognize Jesus as the son of God while, in John 1:49, clearly shows Nathanael pointed the truth out before Peter did.

I have a question regarding the “Judge not lest ye be judged” verse. So many people spew this verse out that I’m not even sure what it means.

Y’shua says that we are to recognize evil and remove ourselves from it. Paul says that we are to stay away from those who do evil. How do you tell new Christians or those who are not Christians yet what this verse really means? If one cannot judge how then does one witness to another? It seems circular. Could you please explain this to me?

My U.S. calendar shows these two days both occurring on September 13th this year. Has it happened before that the two have fallen on the same day? Do you see any significance in this? I read that Muslims look for the return of their Messiah, if you will, on Ramadan. Is that your understanding as well?

Who is the one who looked like a man with face like lightning and eyes like flaming torches spoken of in Daniel 10:6. He can’t be Michael, because while talking with Daniel he tells him that he was detained for 21 days by the prince of Persia. He says that only Michael supports him against Israel’s enemies in verse 21. This tells me he is someone else.

Daniel had already seen Angels in visions, yet the sight of this individual literally caused him to be weak. This individual strengthens Daniel by merely touching him. Would this be Gabriel or Jesus? It sounds like he’s describing a pre-incarnate Jesus, but how can anyone detain the Lord for 21 days?
