Can you explain the two covenant theology and how it ties to classic dispensationalism? I have heard this mentioned several times, and not sure I clearly understand the implications.

I truly thank God for your site. I read it every day. My question is where did the gentiles come from? The dictionary states that a gentile is a non Jew. OK, but who was the first gentile? Where did he come from? Why did God create the gentile? Is it because the Jews rejected Christ? Thank you.

It seems some end-times pundits are pondering the rash of animal deaths. They point to Hosea 4:3 and Zephaniah 1:3 with some speculation that God may be beginning His judgment on America. I have to admit that some of these do seem strange especially 200 cows in Wisconsin dying at about the same time. I respect your opinion and wonder if you’d be willing to add some thoughts regarding these scriptures?

I very much appreciate your ministry. My question is regarding Hebrews 13:17. Who are those that have the rule over us. Would that be the pastor of our congregation or would that also include deacons and elders and associate ministers? How about ministers and leaders of other congregations? Since there is only one church, do they also rule over us? How does this verse relate to 1 Tim. 2:5? With apostasy in the church appearing everywhere, the answer is important.

I am intrigued by a prophecy I’ve read some time ago and reread recently by (a famous evangelist from the 1950’s who has since died). I don’t know if you are familiar with it, but it talks about a mighty outpouring of God’s Spirit on His people all over the world, the result of which is many people healed and delivered, after which the bride was ascending to the heavens (rapture). I would love to be part of that and through it seeing many more people added to the bride, so as them not having to go through the tribulation. What are your thoughts on this, please?

I have been married for 14 years and am currently having an affair with another man. If I am the one to initiate a divorce will I ever be able to marry again or am I going to have to remain single? I know God hates divorce and I also know that a divorce can only come if there is adultery. But I am the one having the affair and the one wanting the divorce. Which is worse to have the affair or get a divorce?

I have been having this argument with my friend about how Catholicism is a denomination of Christianity. He thinks it is but I disagree because they don’t believe in Jesus as their savior. Am I on track with my thinking?

What if we are taken from this life before we have a chance to ask for forgiveness? Sometimes death comes suddenly. If during the course of the day we are tempted beyond our ability to resist and before we can come to a realization death beckons us? Are we forgiven?

Where do people come up with the idea that it took Noah 120 years to build the Ark? If you read Genesis chapters 5 through 8 it plainly states that he was 500 when God told him to build it and Gen 8:11 states that in the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, they entered the ark and vs 16, the Lord shut him in. That’s 100 years, not 120.

In a recent article on the Book of Life you said only the church will be listed in the Lamb’s Book of Life, which is different from the original Book of Life. Won’t those who come to faith during the trib/great trib also be written in the Lambs Book of Life?
