Is the World Wide Web The 666?
Published: February 23, 2011I want to bring up some thing, I think is new – because of this last bible answer of yours on 666 – the newest idea (not mine) is that the “www” (World Wide Web) is connected to 666. I know and understand that Revelations was written in Greek yet from this new idea “w” in Hebrew is equal to 6. Have you heard this before and what is and/or would be your comprehension?
The Covenant Of Circumcision
Published: February 22, 2011In your answer to the question on the possibility of an Islamic anti-Christ you said, “Also, in Ezekiel 44:7-8 we see that one of the first things God will do upon returning to the Temple after the 2nd Coming will be to accuse the Jews of bringing uncircumcised foreigners into His sanctuary and putting them in charge. This can only be a reference to the anti-Christ and the false prophet and confirms they won’t be Jewish.” Won’t that also confirm they won’t be Muslims, as Muslims are also circumcised?
Will All Israel Be Saved?
Published: February 22, 2011A friend and I were speaking today following church and he began asking me questions about what the Bible says concerning the Jewish people and their judgment. First, the Bible says that all of Israel will be saved right? Does that include non-believing Jews that died during the Church Age? Or is this scripture referring to the time of the tribulation at the end of the age?
The Q Document
Published: February 20, 2011At our Minister’s Bible Study class a few weeks ago, we were studying the book of Matthew and he casually mentioned that Matthew didn’t write the book of Matthew. After I questioned him on why he felt that way, he indicated there was strong evidence that someone named “Q” wrote the several of the gospels. I had never heard about this before nor had any other students in this Bible Study class. Can you tell me more about this “Q” Gospel and what are your thoughts on it?
Islamic Anti-Christ? Follow Up
Published: February 20, 2011In a recent answer you said you believe the anti-Christ could be Muslim. I think that your scenario is unlikely. I read in the book of Daniel that – the whole reason he is the anti-Christ, that is the anti-messiah, is that he is a false Jewish religious leader, and not the “Muslim” 12th Imam. Israel would thus never accept him, and we know that the state of Israel “will receive” the anti-Christ.
The First Horseman Of Rev. 6
Published: February 20, 2011The most common interpretations of the rider on the white horse in Rev. 6:2 are: 1) Christ, 2) Anti-Christ, 3) Military conquest, and 4) “Proclamation of the Gospel of Christ in all the world” (I don’t remember hearing this before). My view has been the Anti-Christ but the fourth view is very interesting. What do you think?
Islamic Anti-Christ?
Published: February 18, 2011Is the “12th Imam” the anti-Christ? Do you believe the anti-Christ could be Muslim? I’ve always been taught and believed “He” would arise out of the revived Roman Empire.
Timing Of The Two Witnesses
Published: February 17, 2011I noticed recently that you believe that the 3.5 years that the 2 witnesses are on earth during Daniel’s 70th week does not correspond to the 1st 3.5 years but overlap to 2nd half. Please give me scripture that leads you to that conclusion.
Celebrating Jewish Holy Days
Published: February 17, 2011I asked someone why they believe we must still keep the Sabbath and all of the Festivals of the Old Testament. My understanding of Scripture is that when Jesus came, He was the fulfillment of all of this and we no longer have to practice them. Below is the response I received. I would really like your input.
“Referring to keeping the Sabbath and the Holy Days. Most fail to understand that both the Sabbath and Holy Days actually point toward Jesus Christ not away from Him. A proper understanding of the Holy Days remind us that He is returning again soon.”
Laodicea And The Modern Church
Published: February 16, 2011I was listening to a radio show about the Church of Laodicea, the commentator was saying that the definition of Laodicea is rule of the people and I wondered if this could actually mean social justice since this is what a lot of modern churches are striving for instead of the Gospel. Maybe another indicator that we are in the end days. Just wanted to see what you thought of that.
