Should We Pray For These?

Published: May 23, 2011
Q

On many sites with trusted doctrine and even at church, Christians are urged to pray for Israel, America, the Palestinians, Muslims, the American Dollar, etc. Why should we pray for a predestined event that God said in the Bible will happen? It seems that would show a lack of faith in His word. All of these things have been prophesied about and prayer isn’t going to change it. I pray for God’s will and His mercy. Am I missing something?

Who Really Controls The Palestinians?

Published: May 20, 2011
Q

We really appreciate your insight on current events from a Biblical perspective. Based on what we read in secular reports, who do you believe is really determining the direction of the Palestinians? Is it the king of the North or is it the king of the South?

Will The Jews Heed The Warning?

Published: May 19, 2011
Q

I’ve been taught that Jews have no belief in the New Testament or it’s prophecies. At the time of the Abomination of Desolation the Jews will have returned to their covenant relationship with God but that wouldn’t include belief in Jesus as the Messiah. How then could Jesus’ warning to flee to the mountains in Matthew 24:15-16 be heeded by the Jews of that time if they don’t accept the New Testament or its prophecies?

Rapture On May 14th?

Q

I thought that maybe the rapture would take place on May 14th, the anniversary of Israel’s birth, but it didn’t. What should I expect now?

Judgment Time Line

Q

Is there any indication in the scriptures of how far apart each of the judgments are spaced during the 7 year tribulation period? And specifically at what point of the tribulation does the 6th Seal Judgment take place?

Scriptural Evidence Of Post Rapture Believers

Q

Where in the scriptures does it say that one can still be saved after the rapture and during the tribulation period?

Is There An Anti-Christ?

Published: May 14, 2011
Q

Where in The Scriptures does God ever mention “the anti-Christ”? I have found no one who can answer that question. Every reference to anti-Christ or anti-Christs in the books of 1st and 2nd John are to the “spirit of anti-Christ”. Nowhere does God throw “the anti-Christ” into the lake of fire in the end. God destroys the beast, the false prophet and Satan, however nowhere in the Bible does God purge the earth/world of “the anti-Christ”. This has become a popular belief and a false teaching.

Are There Any Clearer Signs?

Published: May 14, 2011
Q

From what I understand, the Jewish people were given a pretty specific time/date as to when Jesus would appear the first time. And as the “being caught up” (I really don’t like using the term rapture) draws near or even tomorrow, I was wondering, since God is the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow, wouldn’t it make sense for Him to give us some clearer indications of the actual event? I’m not trying to predict anything with regards to the day, month, year, etc. but more trying to find in Scripture something that coincides with His being the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.

Abraham And The Jews Of Today

Published: May 13, 2011
Q

Since Abraham was justified by faith in God, that is to say he believed God, wouldn’t it stand to reason that the Jews, who also believe God, would be justified by their faith? Wasn’t Abraham’s sin applied to the blood of Christ even though, expecting a Savior, he did not know Jesus? The Jews believe God will send a Savior just as Abraham believed God would send a Savior. They will go to their grave expecting God’s anointed. The Jews have faith in God. It seems that their faith in Him will go unrewarded.

Removing Our Memories

Published: May 12, 2011
Q

I just read “Missing From Heaven.” I have been thinking about this very subject lately. Do you believe our “loss of memory” from our time on this earth in the flesh will be wiped out completely, or partially? It doesn’t make a lot of sense to me that we will not remember anything. But the thought that God will selectively erase parts of our memory, is inspiring to the Greatness of our Father. Help please! i.e. if we don’t remember anything of our time on earth in the flesh, wouldn’t it be “all for nothing?”
