Who Was Created First?

Published: May 16, 2012
Q

I have a question that I cannot seem to find an answer to and I hope you can help. Is there any scripture or inference in scripture that Lucifer may have been the first of the angelic beings created? Any light you can shed on this would be helpful.

Israel And The Holy Spirit

Published: May 15, 2012
Q

I’ve subscribed to your theory that once the Church has been removed, the period of Grace ends and Law once more prevails. It would certainly make sense if the Holy Spirit dwells within us and the Antichrist can’t be revealed until the vessels containing the Holy Spirit are removed. However, this morning I came across this verse that gave me pause: Ezekiel 36:27 says, “I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will be careful to observe My ordinances.” It seems to be saying, during the Tribulation, the Holy Spirit will dwell WITHIN the Jews. Am I missing a key point?

Feeling Financial Pain

Q

Due to the magnitude of debts, economists are claiming Taxmageddon is coming to America, and implosion is coming to the euro zone. If economic meltdowns of epic proportions do take place, will the Church be here to feel the financial pains?

More On Purifying The Church

Published: May 14, 2012
Q

I just read a teaching on the site of a friend’s son. He has a post tribulation view. He states that “the church needs to go through the tribulation to be purified” and that pre-trib. believers will become disillusioned when we find that in truth we have to go through the tribulation.

The Two Witnesses One More Time

Published: May 14, 2012
Q

I’ve read your studies on the two witnesses of Revelation 11, and you have really good points. Whether it is Enoch and Elijah, or Moses and Elijah, perhaps the exact identity of them is not as important as that there are two witnesses. Nevertheless, I was wondering if there was someone in the New Testament with the spirit of Enoch or Moses, just as John the Baptist had the spirit of Elijah? And if so what could we learn from this?

OSAS And Exodus 32:33

Published: May 13, 2012
Q

I highly appreciate your views to every question thrown upon you. In this regard, I would like also to have clear explanation regarding Exodus 32:30-33, most especially in verse 33, which says, ” The LORD said to Moses, “Whoever has sinned against Me, I will blot him out of My book. How do you relate this verse to OSAS? I am a born again christian and I believe on OSAS, but there are times when I sin. Does that mean that whenever I commit a sin, my name is blotted out from the book of life, and when I repent it will be written again? Please explain.

Who Makes Us Sin?

Published: May 13, 2012
Q

In James (1:14) we read that “But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away by his own lust, and enticed.” which implies that we are ostensibly our own worst enemy. Meaning that the reason we sin is solely because of our own sinful nature and not because of some outside influence (the devil). However, in 1 Peter (5:8) we read “your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” and again in 1 John (4:4) we read “greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.” These two scriptures would imply that temptation by the devil does exist and that (at least some of) our sin IS due to the devil.

Hail As A Weapon

Does Job 38:22-23, which speaks of storehouses of hail that God has reserved for days of war and battle, refer to the end times as one prophecy magazine has stated?

More Mountain Moving Faith

Q

I have recently been having a heated discussion re Mark 11.23 in regards to what exactly is the mountain that is mentioned in this passage? It is obviously not literal. Is this passage a teaching on positive confession doctrine or something else?
