Animal Sacrifice In The Millennium

Published: October 15, 2014
Q

Sir, I know not words to express the gratefulness I have for your spiritual gift of teaching that has so blessed my soul, thank you!

I have a question re: Thy Kingdom Come article. In the sub-section titled – Meanwhile, Back On Earth you state that:

There’ll be peace among the animals and between animals and man. The notion of a food chain will be forgotten. No longer will one have to die for another to live.

I am under the impression that there will be sacrifices, meeting the requirement of blood covering during the millennium; don’t ask me the passage because for some reason I cannot find it. Could you clear up my confusion or point me in the direction where I may come to understand this?

What Does “I Am” Mean?

One of the titles God uses for Himself is I Am. I was just wondering what it means literally speaking?

Confused About The New Jerusalem

Published: October 15, 2014
Q

I`m still confused about the New Jerusalem (John 14 and Rev 21). In one of your answers you indicated at the rapture we would go directly to the New Jerusalem. In another answer you indicated the New Jerusalem would come into play after the 2nd coming. Personally, my belief is John saw the New Jerusalem coming down after the 2nd coming and we would at that time occupy it. What say you?

Treasure On Earth Or in Heaven?

Q

I love your articles and find such encouragement here. I have a question about “storing up treasure”. I’ve asked so many different Christians about preparing for the hard times ahead and have received as many different answers. Most people think we are to be good stewards of our money and invest and save to take care of our families. Others think the Lord will take care of them completely. Some think a combination of the two. I personally, do not have time or brains to investigate different investments and watch them. I’d rather spend my time in the Bible, but I do want to do what the Lord said. Searching the scriptures, I don’t find store up in barns and banks, I can only find “take no thought for your life, what you will eat, drink, etc.” My husband is not a believer, so I can’t take the 401K out and give it away, but I’d like to. What should I do?

Paradise And Torment

Published: October 15, 2014
Q

As I understand it when we die (and this includes all who have died before now) our spirit leaves our physical bodies and goes to either heaven or hell.

When the ‘end of the days’ occurs we will get resurrected bodies. So this means, in the interim period, that we have no bodies in heaven/hell, just a spirit?

Also the bible talks about the ‘great white throne judgment’, for non-believers and the ‘bema seat’ judgment for believers, and the bible appears to state that these judgments also occur at the ‘end of days’. So does this mean that people who have already died (e.g. Hitler) who would appear to going straight to hell, are not there yet?

Also, on a similar matter, what are your views on people who have’ died’ and ‘gone to heaven’ then been revived? My view is that once their spirit actually leaves their bodies then they’re dead and will stay that way (unless God supernaturally revives them). So maybe what these people ‘see’ is some sort of vision, similar to those that Paul and John saw, rather than actually ‘going to heaven? After all, they haven’t been judged yet?

ISIS, Islam, And The End Times Follow Up

Published: October 14, 2014
Q

Re: ISIS, Islam, And The End Times. How can Islam led by ISIS be the end times dominant religion when the Bible clearly states that there will be an amalgamation of all religions led by the false prophet? ISIS isn’t even representative of most of ISLAM, though it seems to be growing, and I can’t see Israel accepting this Godless religion on any terms.

Children Of The Rapture

Published: October 14, 2014
Q

You have said that all children who die below the age of accountability go to heaven. Will all the children below the age of accountability who are present on earth at the time of Rapture be leaving along with adult believers irrespective of their parents belief or religion? If it is so, then won’t there be any children left on this earth for the Tribulation? And how shall God take them without the consent of their parents, since they may be of different religions other than Christian?

Are Matt. 24:29 And Rev. 6:12 the Same?

Published: October 13, 2014
Q

Re: Birth Pangs Update. I’m not sure whether Jack Kelley is still around, but I have a question about the way he presents a view that Rev. 6:12, with the moon turning red and the sun going black, represents the beginning of Daniel’s 70th Week, while the stars falling from heaven per Mt. 24:29 marks its end. What about the stars falling from heaven in Rev. 6:13? How can these events be viewed as separated in time when they are mentioned in consecutive verses as a direct consequence of the opening of the Sixth Seal, and why was the subsequent verse 13 not mentioned in Kelley’s commentary?

Take The Mark And Stay Saved?

Let’s say a man gets saved after the rapture. For whatever reason, he accepts the mark of the beast. Will that man still be saved?

Will God Save Him?

Published: October 13, 2014
Q

Say that a non-believing homosexual wants to be saved. He doesn’t believe (maybe through ignorance) homosexuality is a sin but he admits that he is a sinner and believes Christ died for his sins, so would God save him? The reason why I’m asking is because, since repentance is defined as changing one’s mind about his behavior, is he supposed to acknowledge that homosexuality is a sin, or is it possible that God will save him and let the Holy Spirit convict him to change his mind about homosexuality?
