Payback For Dividing Israel

Can you help me find the passage of Scripture that refers to what GOD will do to nations that divide Israel?

Hades And Hell

Published: October 17, 2014
Q

I really enjoy your website and thank you for your teachings. I was listening to a well known prophecy teacher on television. He said that there is no one in hell right now, that those who have gone on are instead in Hades until after the tribulation period then those people will be sent to hell at that time. Could this be correct? God bless you richly in all things.

Forced To Take The Mark?

Published: October 17, 2014
Q

You say that according to Rev. 14:9-12 everyone who worships the beast and his image or receives the mark of his name will be lost. Others have said they can be redeemed. I’m reminded of a book by C. S. Lewis that implies that nonbelievers choose their fate and their hearts are hard and won’t change. From this I’d think that those who take the mark do so willingly and no one is forced to take the mark. They may be given a choice but no one will take them down and give them the mark. Am I assuming to much?

OSAS And Romans 11:22

Q

Romans:11:22 contains the phrase, “Otherwise you also will be cut off.” So does this mean that we can we lose our salvation, If we do not continue in His goodness?

Judging Nations?

Published: October 17, 2014
Q

I fail to see how you can conclude that God does not judge nations whenever it is necessary, as He has throughout all of history. There are consequences for sin and there are blessings when God’s Word is obeyed and/or His principles applied. Nations and individuals are all subject to the law of “you reap what you sow.” This applies to the individual as well as Nations. This is not only true throughout the Bible, it is true in secular history as well. I am a simple man Jack, and this is just simple common sense and simple common Biblical sense.

The Devil Made Me Do It. Or Did He?

Published: October 17, 2014
Q

When we are being tempted we like to say that it is Satan. But I’m curious, is it actually Satan himself or typically our sin nature? I have asked friends whether they thought we had ever been in the presence of Satan himself and they said probably not, that Satan is too busy controlling higher level people to deal with the everyday person. By this I mean government officials, world leaders, someone who has more worldly influence. The thought of actually being in the presence of Satan is intimidating and scary, I know through Jesus my Lord and Savior I have power over him but it’s still terrifying.

More On Children Of The Rapture

Published: October 15, 2014
Q

After reading of recent horrific crimes committed by young children such as a ten-year-old boy brutally murdering a woman of ninety, I wonder if you think that the taking of the children in the rapture is based on God’s knowledge of who will become born again at a later time. Or could it be that the age of accountability could be at a much younger age for a child like that? In that case, maybe all of the children won’t be taken since God knows the future? Also, I remember a time when Paul was accosted by young children (don’t know how young) and he called a bear out of the woods to attack them. What is your understanding of this?

More On Destroying The Nations

Published: October 15, 2014
Q

Re: Is The USA In Biblical Prophecy? After reading this, I had a question about the Jeremiah 30:11 prophecy. Revelation talks about the nations in several places. The mention of the nations in chapters 21:24/26 and 22:2 are the last ones recorded. The nations are very much present here, so I am wondering if this speaks of times during The Millennium only? How does Jeremiah’s prophecy fit in with the nations being destroyed? Does this happen someplace before Revelation 21:1?

Still More On Destroying The Nations

Published: October 15, 2014
Q

In Jeremiah 30:11 it says in the end times, God will completely destroy every nation among which His people have been scattered. We here in South Africa have many Jews, some which are good friends. Why would God completely destroy our nation, where the Jews have found peace and success, and goodwill amongst many of us? As Christians, we love our Jewish brothers and sisters. Why then, punish so severely – for that matter, any country who became a refuge to the Jews? I know that it probably will be after the rapture, so why worry, but – your opinion please.

Was Jesus A Sinner?

Published: October 15, 2014
Q

I had a conversation with a member of a group that claims that Jesus was a sinner like anybody before he was baptized by John the Baptist. His claim is that if Jesus was not a sinner then why was he baptized for repentance by John the Baptist? I tried to explain that The Lord was being baptized ONLY for the fulfillment of the scriptures not necessary for repentance. Is there perhaps any other valid reason why The Lord was baptized by John the Baptist other than the one I mentioned? Can you also comment on the notion that Jesus was a sinner like any other person before John’s baptism.
